Beauty In a Bowl
- 300g Original or jumbo porridge oats (or millet for those avoiding gluten)
- 100g Dried apricots (sulphur free) chopped
- 100g Flaked almonds
- 50g Pumpkin seeds
- 50g Sunflower seeds
- 50g Sesame seeds
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
Serve with fresh and preferably dark fruit, ie: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, & soya milk or soya yoghurt.
