Strawberries and Creme Fraiche with Brown Sugar
- 400g English strawberries
- 6 tbsps creme fraiche
- 3 tbsps dark brown sugar
Hull the strawberries & cut in half. Place in an ovenproof dish & spoon over the creme fraiche so that there is quite a thick layer.
Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the creme fraiche & place under the hot grill till the sugar has melted. You may need to sprinkle a little extra sugar on the creme fraiche & pop back under the grill in order to have an even sugar crust.
Serve at room temperature.
